“Just a quick note to the Crew at Bonavista Truck and Auto. Simply the best garage in town.

Heres why: I’ve had dealings with you for 6-7 years with my pick-up and my car. They are older so I see you a lot. As you say you get what you pay for. Your garage from the front desk to the back door is in my opinion honest, straight forward, friendly and timely. You go out of your way to keep your customers coming back time after time.

Great service is the best advertisement.”

“Our Family has been going to Bonavista Autos since it operated in Lake Bonavista at the Esso Station. The combination of efficient and personal service can not be matched. “I have counted on the team at Bonavista Auto to keep my vehicles in good working order for many years.

Through all of those years the skill and the integrity of their team has kept my cars and motor home in great working order and given me great peace of mind.

We thank them.”

Dear Chuck and staff,
I can only rate you as the best. When I first had to have my car tested & rated for Alberta in Oct. or early Nov. of 2005, I have had nothing but the best in the way courtesy, friendliness and service!

Thank you Bonavista Truck and Auto Team for winterizing my RAV. I feel prepared for the snow that will inevitably arrive. As far as I am concerned, you are definitely the best garage in town!

Thank you and bye for now,

Hi Chuck:

I think I’ve found my new mechanic.

The repairs to my vehicle last week (smoke test, cracked charcoal canister, reflash computer etc) have corrected the “service engine” light condition that I gave up on with my last mechanic. The Yukon seems more drivable (shifting slightly better) but there was nothing huge in performance increase, not that any was expected. The fuel economy hasn’t been checked yet, but I’ll let you know if that improves.

I enjoy your shop: the people are all friendly and informative, and the open back door policy is nice as I can actually talk to the person fixing my vehicle. A lot of shops will not allow this for workplace hazard or insurance reasons, or because is slows the work down.

Hopefully my Yukon will only need regular maintenance for the next few years, but I will be in for that, as well as probably bringing my girlfriend’s 2009 Nissan Rogue in for what ever it needs. I think her dealer is hosing her big time on unnecessary work each time she gets her oil changed, but I’ll have to check her manual to see what is required for warranty and what is just predatory upselling.

Thank You

Dear Chuck,
Just wanted say thanks again for verifying the problem on my Toyota Camry and fixing it for free. Its very uncommon these days to find such honest and knowledgeable people in the automotive repair business! I have sent this recommendation to many friends and relatives too!
